It may be unfair to criticize Monocle magazine for their clear and delightful guide to the best cities on our planet because quality of life is really something everyone may strive for wherever they may settle down. Still most peoples lives does contain a lot of stress and unwanted shortcomings. For most people quality comes at a price, which means compromises must be made on the basic needs to get a rear taste on the quality.
